Our Purchasing Options
Payment in Full
Payment in full is accepted in the form of cash, check, debit card, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express). Payment via Care Credit is accepted for Puppy Packages; however, an additional fee of $70 will be assessed.
Three Monthly Installments
The purchase may be divided into three (3) separate consecutive monthly installments; however, a onetime $25 service fee will be assessed and is due with the first monthly payment. Remaining payments must be scheduled and billed directly to a credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express) via a stored card number. Payment via Care Credit is accepted; however, an additional fee of $70 will be assessed with the first month’s payment.
Dental Package Terms & Conditions
Additional dental services, such as oral surgery or tooth extractions, additional anesthesia, and pain medication are not included in the Routine Dental Package and either must be paid for in full at the time of service or paid via additional automatic monthly payments. PLEASE NOTE THAT MOST PATIENTS WILL NEED ADDITIONAL DENTAL SERVICES THAT ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE ROUTINE DENTAL PACKAGE
All other exams, vaccinations, diagnostics, treatments, procedures, and medications (including those necessary due to an anesthetic emergency) are not included in the Routine Dental Package and must be paid for in full at the time of the service.
Due to the need for general anesthetic, all procedures included in the Routine Dental Package (with the exception of the blood work) must be performed on the same day.
The Routine Dental Package and included services are not eligible for additional discounting and cannot be combined with other discounts (with exception of the Annual Dental Promotion). We will, however, always honor the best available or highest-value discount.
