She has a special interest in finding workable solutions for both pets and their owners. Dr. Wright is a native Idahoan and enjoys horseback riding and camping when not chasing around her kids. She shares her home with her husband, son Zach, age three, and her daughter, Lucy, age one, two dogs, four cats, four mules, and one horse.
Dr. Erin Witt is our newest doctor and started here with us in May of 2009. She is an Idaho native who graduated from Washington State University in 2000. She practiced in western Washington for 3 years before moving back to her hometown. She loves talking with clients and taking care of their special family members. She has two sons as well as three dogs and three cats which make for a very busy life (although she wouldn’t have it any other way).
Becky Gallegos has been working as a Certified Veterinary Technician for the past 16 years and she is also the Hospital Manager. Becky has been employed with Eagle Animal Clinic since it opened in March of 2000. Becky grew up on a family farm outside of Weiser, Idaho and has always had a passion and desire to work with animals. She currently lives in Sand Hollow with her family, two dogs (Solomon, a Saint Bernard and Dindi, a Border Collie), six cats, two horses, and one very old cow. In her time off, Becky is busy with her two daughters, Clara and Grace. They spend their free time camping, hiking, fishing, and visiting her family cabin.
Lanae Alvis has worked at Eagle Animal Clinic for 7 years. Lanae started as an after school kennel assistant while still in high school. She is now working as an Animal Health Technician. Working at a veterinary clinic has provided her with a fascination for medicine and has given her the determination to continue her education in Veterinary Technology. Lanae owns four great cats and a beloved horse that she spends most of her time with in the foothills of Eagle. One of her best friends is her Weimaraner, Guy, who is also accompanies her to work. Lanae is a native Idahoan and would spend every day with her family in the mountains of Idaho if she could.
Hannah Ballard has been working as an Animal Health Technician for almost 13 years and an employee of Eagle Animal Clinic for the past 2 years. She is a native Idahoan that lives in Eagle with her husband, four children, and two dogs.

In the off season from farming, she takes time to enjoy the outdoor life of camping, hunting, and fishing.
Michelle Greason grew up in Sun Valley, Idaho and began working with animals at the age of 16. She went on to college and received her bachelor’s degree in Animal Sciences. She moved to Boise shortly afterward and began her career in animal nursing. She received her license in Veterinary Technology shortly after and has been working in the veterinary field for the past nine years. She is new to Eagle Animal Clinic and joined the staff in November as a Certified Veterinary Technician. She enjoys camping, mountain biking, and spending time with her family and three Labrador Retrievers.
Almost ten years ago, Valerie Hanks moved to Eagle with her husband, Ron, and their two cats and two dogs from Connecticut. Almost immediately they joined the Eagle Animal Clinic family as clients and patients. Then, a couple of years later, Val was asked to join the staff of Eagle Animal Clinic and became part of a wonderful “work family” as a part time receptionist. She continues to believe that she “has the best job!” working in the front office at Eagle Animal Clinic. Helping our clients when they need their pets to be seen by the doctors in good times and bad, has been both rewarding and fulfilling. She believes that each new client, each new pet, becomes a member of the Eagle Animal Clinic family and is glad to sometimes be the one who gets to take the information that starts it all. Time has passed and now they have just Tess, their wonderful German Shorthair Pointer. She’s an old girl now at 12 years, but she still has the heart of a puppy.
Amanda Jones has been with Eagle Animal Clinic for about one year and has worked in the veterinary field for over nine years. She currently splits her time between working in the front office and working as an Animal Health Technician. She started as a volunteer at a Nampa clinic when she was 16 years old. Her family includes her husband, two beautiful children, and the world’s greatest Giant Schnauzer, “JB”. When not at work, she likes to read, landscape, and take her kids, both 2 and 4 legged, to the local park.
Nichole Jones has been employed as a full time veterinary receptionist with Eagle Animal Clinic for the past two years. She has over four years of experience working the front desk in the veterinary field. She enjoys working at Eagle Animal Clinic especially because the environment has a tight-knit family atmosphere. Nichole is the proud mom of “Parker”, a Standard Poodle and “Gizmo”, a cat that suffers from inflammatory bowel disease. When not at work, you can find her spending quality time with family and enjoying outdoor activities with her husband.
Victoria Pearson has worked at Eagle Animal Clinic for three and a half years. She was hired as an assistant, but has since been promoted to an Animal Health Technician. Along with working at the clinic, Victoria is pursuing a degree in Health Science Studies with Human Emphasis. Her goal is to become a human physician. Victoria has one dog of her own, a two year old Yorkie named “Casear.” He has the mindset that he is actually an eighty pound lab and can’t be convinced otherwise. Victoria grew up with Labs and currently has three in her family. When she is not working or attending classes at BSU (Go Broncos!), she spends her time outside camping and rafting the summer, and cross country skiing in the winter. |
